very high (if not highest) Evocation Spell DC ( Spellcasting Prodigy adds another +1 DC!)
The Red Sock ignores Spell Resistance (SR) for Specialized School of Magic (here: Evocation) (Character Level 30 +5 bonus RWoT +6 Epic Spell Penetration +4 from Practiced Spellcaster, your Caster Roll agains Spell Resistance is 45). If you cast Assay Resistance you get an addtional +10 and a Greater Breach lowers the Targets SR by 5 and a Lesser Breach lowers the Targets SR by 3. So basically you can crack a Spell Resistance of 63!
INT 30 means you can cast more Spells then any other wizard. Spellcasting Prodigy adds even more spells for you to cast and you are treated as having INT 32! Get an +8 Intelligence Ring or a similar Item and you get an effective Intelligence of 40! (Even more Spells!)
INT 30 & Able Learner means you get 293 Skill Points. The only problem is that you can't max some of them, because you don't have Rogue or something similar to be able to spend 33 points in most skills, only 16 points.
