Code 1016*
The client cannot connect to the game server. This error occurs if your ISP blocks the connection between you and our server. In this situation, use a VPN with connection to Russia or somewhere near Russia (for example, Poland).*

Code 397000*
This error can appear only if you have an outdated version of the game client. You need to delete the entire D4R_ENRU folder and download the current game client via our launcher or our torrent file.*

Code 397006*
At the moment (November 2024) this problem means that your client is corrupted and does not match the game files. Run a file check (Check & Repair), make sure that nothing on your system is interfering and try again. In very rare cases you may need to use VPN in order to connect to the game server.*

Code 396002*
Your client is outdated and not suitable for our server. Full download of the actual game client is required.*

Code 2*
Launcher failed to log in correctly under your account. Make sure that the launcher and game files are added to the "white" list of your anti-virus. Do the same with other programs that may interfere with the normal operation of our Launcher.*

Code 316009 & 300008*
This error may appear when you trying to play
Seasonal** character while Seasonal mode not available. Keep in mind that Seasonal mode lasts from 1st till 25th each month.*

Code 403
This error will appear if you try to play Spiritborn class without R+ subscription. All "early-access" features only available to the R+ members. Once "early-access" content will be finished in terms of developing - it will be available for everyone, without subscription.


How to update the game after patch?
All updates (except for upgrading to a new client version) are server-side. You don't need to download anything, just log back into the game after the technical work is completed.

Are you going to add more dubs (voice-overs) to the game?
Currently D4R supports only ENG and RU voice-overs, while all subs (text) languages are available that are presented in the game. Additional voice-overs are subject to discuss.
