把根目录下面save下面的modsetting那个文件删了

这个报错显示,你安装MOD已经成功了,进游戏就有效果,不要反复安装。
大概原因是,在安装好MOD后,MOD继续显示未安装的状态,却实际安装好了。

我也遇到这个情况了就是mod装太多了,显示问题,显示未安装的其实已经安装了,进游戏内还是可以用的
