这是官网客服给我的回复 Hello, Here is the response we got from FastSpring: "Yes. I pulled all of the financial history forxx(邮箱号)and all attempts failed. No funds would be deducted from the buyer. If they feel like they were debited, I would need a copy of the receipt and I can submit it to the bank as a wire trace." I have forwarded your copy of receipt to them and they will check it again.
