This mod does not add music to the radio, it provides a quick set of files to replace with your music. In order to use this mod, you need to have your own MP3 files as well as an audio editor to create .wav versions of the MP3 files.
The current sound files located in this mod were created using a free version of Audacity, found for free at audacity.sourceforge.net. The installer for this program is located in this download. These are not the original audio files from the game, these are smaller empty files.
Installation
------------------------------------------------
1) Extract ArchiveInvalidation.txt to /fallout 3/data
NOTE: If you already have ArchiveInvalidation.txt, add block of code located at the end of this readme to your exisiting txt.
2) Create directory /fallout 3/data/Sound/songs/radio/enclave/
3) Copy all sound files to this folder
4) Select up to 8 MP3 format music you wish to replace enclave radio with. Rename these files to the same name as mp3 files located in the sound/songs/radio/enclave/ folder.
This will allow you to hear the music playing from your pipboy radio.
5) Create .wav versions of the 8 songs and rename the _mono.wav of their mp3 counter parts and replace the files in the sound/songs/radio/enclave/ folder.
This will allow you to hear the music playing from radios in the world.
6) Load Fallout 3 and listen to the enclave stream.

Audio from the following sources can provide good backdrop to any fallout 3 game. I highly suggest audio fiction as opposed to music as you get a feeling of a radio show. It fits with the era better.

2.把压缩包中的sound文件夹复制到fallout 3/data/文件夹中覆盖
3.把你想要替换的音频文件复制到这个目录
4.把8个MP3文件的文件名改成MOD中自带的8个空白MP3文件的名字，这些文件是你在PIPBOY3K中听到的电台音乐。
5.把8个WAV文件的文件名也改成MOD中自带的WAV文件的名字，一定要和8个MP3文件的名字一一对应
这些文件是你在废土世界听见的电台音乐。
6.现在你可以去废土听你喜欢的音乐了！

注意： 如果只是想让PIPBOY成为一个随身听,那可以吧ArchiveInvalidation.txt里有关WAV文件的部分
全部删除,这样就不会影响其他收音机的电台了。

Z在安装步骤少写了一步:在fallout 3/data文件夹下创建ArchiveInvalidation.txt,游戏本体并没有这个文件
