Firstly, I'd like to thank aloot and FRiNGE07 for testing this for me and making sure it didn't crash like the file I released earlier. I found the problem within 3 minutes and fixed it, so that was great.
This should hopefully at least reduce stuttering in this DLC as it contains reduced particle emitter nodes, (mostly from 6 to 2) as well as reduced particle lifetimes for the fog. If you don't understand a word of that, it just means stuff got reduced and that's always better in terms of performance. I honestly doubt you could tell much of a difference anyway - that's how pointless Bethesda's extra particles were.
That is all I have to say about that. Obviously those with lesser hardware will see a bigger benefit to this than those with the latest stuff. It has been said to at least reduce stuttering quite a bit, even on high-end hardware. Just don't expect miracles.
