关于Wrye Bash报错问题

       新装电脑，64位win7.
在看了各位的心得和置顶的东东后开始装老滚4，然后在Wrye Bash这一步卡住了。
我装完原系统后直接装“Unofficial Oblivion Tools Package 2012.08.15”，里面带了WB，BOSS，OBMM之类的工具合集。WB安装选的独立安装包。
装的时候没啥问题，然后装完后运行WB就报错了。。。
Wrye Bash.exe.log显示：

上网查说是python的utf8编码问题，不过这个独立安装版也会出现这个问题么？
而且下载安装了32位python2.7或者64位python3.2，貌似问题依旧，和没安之前一样。试了下单独去下了wb300，安装后一样问题。

不知道有没熟悉这个的编程高手朋友帮忙指点下，不然安装没法继续了
