看的懂的英文的懒翻译，导致一直没有汉化资料，令我等英文苦手极为郁闷  


但有一名活雷锋特地为广大英文苦手带来了福音，感谢贴吧的 Rev123






=======================DLC4的新Perk(升级)=======================

毁坏的书（各种种类都包括···）变成空白纸张（捡起后瞬间转换），空白纸张要在工作台做成战前书籍，把战前书籍交给OWB的书架变为空白书本，用空白书本和在OWB获得的配方在工作台做技能书···后半句应该是根据现有杂卝志使用空白纸张copy那份杂卝志（复印···）

SPECIAL属性中选一个+1，+军团声望，-NCR声望（不过原本崇拜的话这时就是中立，NCR还是不打···）

Launch nuclear missiles at both Caesar's Legion and NCR.

向NCR和军团发射和谐弹，perk等级1
效果同上，+大炮族和炸药帮的声望，-NCR和军团的声望

阻止和谐弹发射（牺牲ED-E），perk等级1

不带ED-E进行最后决战···（ED-E在游戏进行中会被带走···后面救回的话就能阻止和谐弹，不救的话就是这个），perk等级1
不带队友时，+10%伤害，VATS下增加10%命中率

=======================DLC4的新Perk(ED-E的升级组件)=======================

升级组件慢慢找···perk等级5
1.ED-E每天能修理武器25%的耐久一次···（至于是手中武器的25%还是全部武器的25%就不清楚了···）
2.ED-E每天供应能量电池或微型核融合电池一次
3.+2DT（主角和ED-E都受益）
4.+5激光武器伤害（主角和ED-E都受益，受此影响的武器和镭射指挥官perk影响的武器一样）
5.+5%VATS命中率
ED-E的升级组件在通关LR后不管LR的ED-E结局如何莫哈维的ED-E都会继承，通关后再回来取同样有效


=======================DLC3的新Traits=======================

Claustrophobia
+ 1 buff to SPECIAL attributes while outdoors
- 1 debuff to SPECIAL attributes while indoors
室外属性全+1，室内属性全-1

Early Bird
+ 2 buff to SPECIAL attributes from 6am to 12pm
- 1 debuff to SPECIAL attributes from 6pm to 6am
早上6点到中午12点属性全+2，下午6点到第二天早上6点属性全-1

Hoarder
+ 25 lbs to total carry weight
- 1 debuff to SPECIAL attributes while current equipment weight is below
160 lbs
+25负重
当身上的东西低于160磅时属性全-1


Hot Blooded
+ 10% damage increase while below 50% health
- 2 debuff to Perception and Agility while below 50% health
当HP低于50%时+10%伤害
当HP低于50%时-2感知和敏捷


Logan's Loophole
Che***ast twice as long and addiction rates are set to zero
Locks the level cap at 30

With the Chemist（一个perk） and Day Tripper（通过完成挑战获得） perks, rank 2 of Implant GRX will last 22.8 seconds in real time with each use.
With Logan's Loophole, Chemist, and Day Tripper, the duration of each use (rank 1) is 30.4 seconds in real time.

Surgery purchased through dialogue with the Sink Auto-Doc in The Sink for 8,000 caps.

花费12000瓶盖，喝受辐射的水，饮料神马的都不受辐射，perk等级1
这个比较复杂···这个perk的效果需要计算
1 - (Player.GetActorValue RadResist / 100)（这个看不懂···）
不过辐射抵抗越高这个perk的效果就越渣···拿污水做例子
RadResist 15%, drinking dirty water (Rad+5) → no radiation
RadResist 69%, drinking dirty water (Rad+1) → no radiation
RadResist 70%, drinking dirty water (Rad+1) → radiation +1


Implant Y-7
Surgery purchased through dialogue with the Sink Auto-Doc in The Sink for 20,000 caps.

You gain bonus health and action points through the consumption of food.
花费20000瓶盖，使用食物时额外获得回复的HP和AP，perk等级1（HP额外+5，AP+2）


貌似这里的植入不受耐力影响···

DNAvenger
Kill 2 cazadores in Big MT for rank 1, and another 3 cazadores in Big MT for rank 2, and another 5 for rank 3 of this perk.

在Big MT杀2个毒蜂获得perk（1级），再杀3个获得2级，再杀5个获得3级
每一级效果如下
Rank 1: +10% damage
Rank 2: +20% damage
Rank 3: +30% damage
算上前面的植入就是40%


Brainless

和Doctor Klein在think tank里对话后获得，perk等级1
头部永远不会残废，对毒瘾的抵抗+25%，DT大于等于10那么增加5%DT，DT小于1就增加1DT
