昨天在官网上买了游戏,一直没收到激活码

昨天给官网客服发了邮件,提供了用支付宝付款成功的截图,官网说会把付款信息发给Fastspring,会尽快给我处理,可是至今没有回复。我也给Fastspring发过邮件,客服要我提供付款的详细信息,我发了付款截图就再没有回复我了。我该怎么办啊?

这是官网客服给我的回复 Hello, Here is the response we got from FastSpring: "Yes. I pulled all of the financial history forxx(邮箱号)and all attempts failed. No funds would be deducted from the buyer. If they feel like they were debited, I would need a copy of the receipt and I can submit it to the bank as a wire trace." I have forwarded your copy of receipt to them and they will check it again. I will send you update as soon as I hear from them. If you like, you may also emailorders@fastspring.comdirectly and they will give you a direct reply.Thanks, Enlight Support
