RT，找了很久，都是自己摸索，没有攻略。实在找不到了，请高手帮忙。 The Citadel is located west of Rivet City, past the Jefferson Memorial across the river, and slightly NE of Arlington Library. You should be able to pick up a Brotherhood radio signal as you near the building. The entrace is on the NE corner of the building and guarded by three Brotherhood of Steel sentries.Rivet City西边，经过Jefferson Memorial，过河，Arlington Library东北一些。
