The content contained within the GOG Community Map Pack has been authored by members of the War for the Overworld community (content creators) in accordance with the War for the Overworld End User Licence Agreement (EULA) (https://wftogame.com/info/wfto-eula/)
This user-generated content has been collected together by the Brightrock Games development team and is not monitored, maintained or extensively reviewed by Brightrock Games Limited. As such the content within is not supported by Brightrock Games or GOG and we cannot assist in any errors or issues encountered as part of the content design (Map Scripting Issues). If you encounter issues in a level please contact the content creator responsible first.
In accordance with section 7.4 of the War for the Overworld EULA, the content included in this pack should be free of content which is:

[2] WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY MAP PACK
===========
The War for the Overworld Community Map Pack collects together all the user-generated which has been curated and featured by the Brightrock Games team as part of the Community Spotlight blog posts since April 2018 until April 2020 in a single downloadable package.
Essentially this pack contains 72 standalone custom levels and 9 custom campaigns produced by the community which have been hand-picked by the Brightrock Games team as exemplary custom content.
Although these levels and campaigns were available as separate downloads via the Brightrock Games website this is the first time they have been collected together. As part of this we have updated the custom campaigns to the latest version available from the content creator, ensuring the latest fixes and updates are included.

[3] KNOWN ISSUES
===========
### CLICKING CUSTOM CAMPAIGN ON THE CAMPAIGN MENU CAUSES THE GAME TO FREEZE ### (v2.0.7f1 - 31/03/2020)
If all the included custom campaigns are installed at the same time selecting the "Custom Campaign" option from the main menu will cause the game to temporarily freeze for a duration based upon the performance of the computer. Specifically data access times.
THIS IS NOT A CRASH. Do not click while this process is ongoing and it will complete in anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. Clicking may cause your operating system to determine the program is non-responsive and advise it is closed. This is not required, waiting should suffice.
This is because all the data for custom campaigns, including every level within is processed by War for the Overworld before the menu to view them is loaded. As there are well over 100 levels across the 9 custom campaigns this is a lot of data to process.
We are aware of this issue and will be updating the game in the future to address it. In the meantime we advise you only "Install" a single custom campaign at a time to alleviate this issue.
### SOME MAPS ARE NAMED DIFFERENTLY FROM THEIR SPECIFIED TITLE IN GAME / CANNOT FIND MAP IN LIST ### (v2.0.7f1 - 31/03/2020)
If a content creator has changed the name of their map after they first created it then the original name is still displayed in game. This is because the Metadata for the level is not correctly updated when uploaded via this process.
We are looking into providing tools for content creators to unify the "official" names of their levels with the level displayed in game.
You may find that some levels are named unusually in-game once installed.

[4] INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

### INSTALLING CUSTOM MAPS ###
1. Open the "Custom Maps" folder included in the map pack
2. Copy all the files (216 in total).
2a. If WFTO was installed via GOG Galaxy: Open "<GOG Galaxy install folder>\Games\War For The Overworld\GameData\Maps" and paste the files here
2b. Else if WFTO was installed without GOG Galaxy: Open "<GOG Games install folder>\War For The Overworld\GameData\Maps" and paste the files here
3. Open WFTO, you should now find the maps in the appropriate game mode.
Note: The My Pet Dungeon expansion is required to play custom My Pet Dungeon levels.
### INSTALLING CUSTOM CAMPAIGNS ###
Note: We advise installing one custom campaign at a time to reduce load times when clicking the custom campaign menu option. See Known Issues above.
1. Open the "Custom Campaign" folder included in the map pack
2. Open the folder for the campaign you wish to install
3. Copy the .cmpgn and .unity.png files.
3a. If WFTO was installed via GOG Galaxy: Open "<GOG Galaxy install folder>\Games\War For The Overworld\GameData\Maps" and paste the files here
3b. Else if WFTO was installed without GOG Galaxy: Open "<GOG Games install folder>\War For The Overworld\GameData\Maps" and paste the files here
4. Open WFTO, Navigate to Campaign, Custom Campaign
5. Your chosen campaign should now be in the drop-down list.
