!!!!! - Make sure, that in the driver control panel, RGB "Output Dynamic Range" is set to "Full" (0-255), rather than "Limited" (16-235). Check it twice, especially if you have reinstalled or updated graphic drivers.
If the monitor has an 慔DMI Black Level? 慔DMI RGB PC Range?or similar option make sure this is also set to 慛ormal? 慔igh? 慒ull?or 慠GB (0~255)?rather than 慙ow? 慙imited?or 慠GB (16~235) - otherwise expect washed out colors.
Calibrate your monitor: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/black.php. Setting the proper black level is is particularly important. Preset is designed for the monitor white balance - 6500K and Gamma 2.2 !!!
!!!!! - For the better performance use ENB V-sync. Just make sure that in the "enblocal.ini", in the [ENGINE] section, "EnableVSync" is set to true, and also make sure that in the "SkyrimPrefs.ini", "iPresentInterval" ([Display] section) is set to 0.
Installation:
STEP 1:
- Download latest ENB - http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0419.htm, (a black arrow at the very bottom of the page).
- Unzip it. Inside you will find two folders : "WrapperVersion" and "InjectorVersion".
- Copy only "d3d9.dll", "enbhost.exe", and "enblocal.ini" from "WrapperVersion" folder ( POSTING THE ENBSERIES BINARY FILES ON NEXUS SITES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ), into your Skyrim root directory ( usually: x:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim ).
STEP 2:
- Download my mod.
- Extract it.
- Select all files from [ Skyrim folder ]
- Copy selected files into your Skyrim root directory.
- Copy files from [ Data folder ] to your Skyrim\Data folder - - In the Data folder you find "Optimized + Horizon extended sky mesh" by JawZ
STEP 3:
- Edit enblocal.ini, or copy ini file from my mod archive into your Skyrim root directory. Remember - everyone should adapt it to own hardware !!! Enblocal.ini Guide - http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBlocal_INI
- Play the game 
!!!! CLimates of Tamriel version -- wait in game for at least 24 hours, to see a CoT weathers. Check the weather window in the UI, if you see the ini name that starts with "!_CoT_", everything should be fine.
!!!! Animated Stars effect (ENB 0.349) -- Is turned on and preconfigured for the bitmaps I made for the Night Sky. They replaces a two textures : skystars.dds and skyrimgalaxy.dds. You can find them in the "! Rudy Enb Night Sky textures addon" folder, can be installed using a mod manager.
If you want to use some of the Night Sky texture replaces from Nexus, maybe it will be necessary to tweak some parameters for the stars in the ENB main UI, Sky section :

!!! Problem with too bright water (if you are using Realistic Water Two), in the ADDONS folder you can find beta fix for this issue. RWT is required. Install with the mod manager, my esp must be placed after RWT. I've changed color for volcanic water, so corrected also the nifs for mineral pools.
!!!! FAMOUS BLACK BARS PROBLEM -> Press the tilde key, after that, press shift+enter. In the right window ( shaders ) expand the effect.txt menu, scrool down to the "Letterbox" section and turn it off. You can also turn off "Vignette". Remember to save changes in the left window.
!!!! Fully compatible with ELFX, main file, ELFXEnhancer and ELFX-Exteriors.
!!!! You need to install: "Natural Lighting Vivid Atmospherics" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75346/? for the NLVA VERSION.
!!!! You need to install: "Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50065/? for the NLA VERSION.
!!!! You need to install: "ULTRA REALISTIC WORLD LIGHTING" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13531/? for the URWL VERSION.
!!!! You need to install: "Revamped Exterior Fog" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9930/? for the VANILLA VERSION.
- I recommend to install: "Sub Surface Full Body Map" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30050/? if you use UNP or Coverwomen bodies.
- Edit enblocal.ini, or copy my file into your Skyrim root directory. Everyone should adapt it to own hardware !!!
- Sharpening, Vignette and Letterbox you can adjust in the GUI - shaders menu - effect.txt.ini !!!!!!!!!

If you want to use NIGHTEYE or you are using " redator Vision" or "Better Vampires" plus "redator Vision" - you must download proper eps file from : "Enhanced ENB Night Eye" mod page, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50731/? and turn it on - settings are available in the shaders menu - enbeffect.fx.ini.Maybe you will have to recalibrate the effect. All functions are available in the GUI.
