用fallout3_cn.exe启动就弹这个窗口

而直接fallout3.exe、FalloutLauncher.exe还有FOMM都没问题

能装的都装了！
只有用汉化补丁的那个EXE启动会出错，其他都米问题，正常启动游戏！=_,=
