Fix aspect ratio
Open I-Ninja.exe with a hex editor such as HxD.
Find the hex value AB AA AA 3F
Replace it with your desired aspect ratio (see here for a list). For example use 39 8E E3 3F for 16:9.
Save the file.

Run dgVoodooCpl.exe

Go to DirectX tab

Uncheck "dgVoodoo Watermark"

Set "VRAM" - "2048 MB"

Set "Resolution" to your desired screen resolution, eg 1920x1080

Set "Filtering" - "Force anisotropic 16x"

Set "Antialiasing (MSAA)" - "8x"

Copy dgVoodoo.conf from dgVoodoo2_62_1\ to the game folder

Copy D3D9.dll from dgVoodoo2_62_1\MS\x86\ to the game folder
