About the model
My largest project to date. Both in size, detail and resources. The building is 20 squares wide and also 20 squares in length if you place the departments. The set is modular. This consists of the main building, the departments and the connection buildings. Divided accordingly. You can place them how you like. Use Move it to move the departments and connection buildings in place.

This model has been created through my new work flow. This workflow is more detailed. This means it can also be used in first and third person games. This model has a 8192x2048 texture. The building has about 95.000 (Main) tris, 3.600 (connection) tris, 25.500 (Department) tris and a lod texture of 1024x512, 512x256x2, 256x256 and a lod model of about 1.300 tris. Normal mapped, alpha, illumination and specularmapped. They all share the same texture. Because it's quite a heavy model I had to split this in 4 parts. That's why it makes use of subbuildings. You should be able to save a lot of RAM through use of LSM.
