这样改ini，DLC和手柄图标不知道有没有效。含设置中文方法

测试完一点效果都没有 废话，这作dlc都是自带的数据库，不需要加载。而且手柄也不是在这里设置。 这个是DLC加载的数据，不是控制游戏的，你改这个有毛线用，他影响的只是steamapi64的加载罢了
ControllerType也不是手柄类型，虽然手柄也叫控制器，但他这里的控制器只是api的控制器而已
