疯兔工具报错了，有遇到同样情况的吗？

该应用程序或计算机的 .config 文件(machine.config)的 system.windows.forms 节中必须设置
jitDebugging 值。
编译应用程序时还必须启用
调试。

程序运行中出现意外错误
以前可以用吗？我刚刚下载完游戏，现在也是不能用

直接拖也不行，更新一会儿就报错了 更新到1.36版本还是报一样的错
