按照视频点击安装暗黑2重置版，窗口提示错误，如图，请问需要怎么解决？有没有遇到相同问题的兄弟？

点安装出现窗口一会就消失的可能是没安装战网客户端，2421可能是盒子更新问题，把盒子重新更新一下试试
