根据这个帖子的教程操作，但是操作到最后会提示需要win10和DirectX12，
然后LZ找到该方法发明者——大佬toshph的说法：
这是女皇石解所用版本的问题
现在只能等女皇更新补丁看能否解决了。。。或者换WIN10（废话，能点进来看各位肯定是没办法了。。。）

Mantamaehne, I tried to bypass that, but I got "Exception 0x1333. Generation failed." error.
This is the same error as in "Anno 1800" in the first cracked Empress release.
The Empress has updated that crack with the changelog: "Fixed Win 7 incompatibility issues" and the problem is gone.

呵呵 ，这个游戏 API 接口是 DX12 ， 需要系统，以及驱动程序环境 WDDM 2.5 的支持 ，不是改几个代码函数可以解决的 。

简单的说就是你折腾完毕系统方面 ，但压根就没有在 WIN7 上运行 DX12 的显卡驱动程序 。lol

win11都出了，还用win7，而且现在win10也稳定了~！升就省下功夫了~！何乐而不为呢？

实在不行装个双系统吧，平时win7，极个别挑剔的游戏切换win10
