给个下载途径已经很好了，不要奢求那么多

哥 不是每个人都是老手啊 重点是第一次用 进去完全看不懂 不是英文的问题 把它翻译成中文了 那里可以搜索？ 应该怎样搜索 这起码大概教下吧 上学也不会每堂课都自习吧 老师跟你说我就不教的 给本书你 自己研究 那我上学干嘛 不是针对你 只是个人感想 如果我懂 要么不发 要发就基础的都会教一下

这个就是给正版玩家用来下载一些mod方便自己自定义保存位置用来修改的，并不是专门给离线玩家用的。
所以你说的这些教学并不可能出现，因为离线版玩家工坊进不去，只能通过到处baidu去找别人分享的链接，自己去下载
版主也是好心，给离线版玩家多一个途径。只是没想到你们把这个当成可以直接下载mod的工具了。

虽然还是不懂怎样操作 还是很感谢这楼主的分享 大家都是喜欢这游戏 本人也是个三国迷 从小就喜欢三国题材的游戏 无双 三国志 富甲天下 曹操传 赵云传 群英 全战是跨时代的策略游戏 第一次玩幕府2就惊艳死我 17年知道会出三国 简直乐死我 之前玩V1.0的学习版 刚第一次买了1.7离线版 就想下个武将技能的MOD 因为之前1.1时用过 找了论坛好久都找不到1.7技能重置MOD 看到这贴本来抱有很大的期望 现在 呜呜呜~~~~~

给你说一下大概程序，我是搞定了。
第一，下载**，就网易那个。必须登录，然后加速steam，记住就加载steam这个平台不加载任何游戏。这是保证顺利打开下面网页的必须步骤。
第二，用浏览器打开北方大佬给你的下载网站，然后复制那个控制台的下载链接也不用打开。复制到下载网站点download，开始下载了。
（我用的360内建下载，是不显示文件大小的，等待下载完毕就行），祝你好运。
