[GOG修改] 9项修改+被动技能（21/1/24已补链，新增适配N网MOD）

论坛下的dll，GOG版没有能用的，所以自己改了个（抄了论坛各位大佬的教程和dll，请见谅），个人已简单测试。

※建议高难度用

一、
1.Assembly-CSharp9项修改.zip（一般情况用）
2.Assembly-CSharp9项修改+技能.zip（招募士兵用）
PS：建议两个都放PhoenixPointWin64_Data\Managed，用哪个解压哪个。最好在招募的时候用 2，招募后关游戏再用 1 覆盖回来，因为修改也可能影响战场里的敌兵。

1.开启控制台
2.基地无大石头
3.战后技能点数+
4.身体改造→3格
5.属性最大值+


6.队员休养速度x100
7.三派系不吵架，互相不减好感
8.抢劫/偷窃，加派系好感
9.凤凰飞机 （兵贵神速，节省时间:)）
