看门狗军团改人物技能武器CT表，可改出全技能人物

可以修改任意黑客的武器，以及技能。可以手工打造完美黑客。

改武器表里都做好了,点celios修改那项，改完需要切换到别的黑客再切换回来才生效，改技能需要在CT表上按crtl+m，然后crtl+L然后输入这些脚本指令。实测可以添加N多技能，什么人都可以改成养蜂人+意见领袖+。。。。。团队里能力只显示3个，但实际可用n多个

玩了几小时2077感觉还没这游戏开放世界做的好。关于修改更详细的说明。改武器，改能力都可以启用sunbeam大佬的ct功能后通过 command('SetItem("Items.物品或能力ID", 1)')的lua脚本指令获得，修改后乐趣更多例如   command('SetItem("Items.9223372084117676378", 1)')就是获得消音P9.
