为什么我按照教程每一步做了，依然无法加载mod？

游戏是【02.01.19】《生化危机2：重制版（RESIDENT EVIL 2）》CODEX镜像版[更新v20191218升级档+DLC+未加密]，https://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-5843755-1-1.html
modmanager版本是2.210
按照教程都做了，但在点击re-read game archives 按钮是，左下角显示error:could not open games\re2r\archivelist.bin for writing.
点击mod左侧选框的时候左下角显示：could弄通open installed.ini.new for writing during modmanager_installmod().然后选框始终选不上。
这是为啥呢？
