谁知道基础生产力如何修改，百度看了一个完全不懂！！

亲和度刷生产力，每次都是差那么点点够转换装备， 我想知道如何修改基础生产力，不够那么点点差距。。。。

这个数值<PermanentRewards Production="100000" />就是道路和水渠建成之后每回合能提供的生产力值，先建这俩后面就不用愁了

自己去下载这个东西，然后不用你打开文件修改那么麻烦。
