升级10号下雪补丁错误

打了下雪补丁后出现经常弹出错误窗口：Method not found: 'NetSegment.GetLeftAndRightLanes'.

traffic manager&improved AI会报错，先把游戏删干净重新装然后这两个mod不要激活应该就没问题了，我也是这个毛病就是这样解决的，试下来就是这两个

MOD issue, try to save few times, sometime it can be fine... but just sometime...
