高手指点一下，游戏无法打开

运行游戏前，请检查是否已经安装了全部VC与.NET运行库，DirectX 9.0c等。
如果玩汉化版，发现只有菜单汉化，而其它内容未汉化。问题可能是32位系统，部分游戏文件未打上汉化补丁。
解决方法是，升级64位系统，或者直接下载已经汉化过的集成版，或在其它64位系统下打补丁后，将游戏目录下的PK0、PK1、LANG三个文件夹复制到32位系统下游戏文件夹内。 不对啊，我都已经下了3DM游戏运行库最新的，全安装了也不行 本帖最后由 夜雨why 于 2015-11-25 01:42 编辑

就像看医生，只说病了不说症状，谁都猜不出问题出在哪里。
所以出了问题就要说一下具体情况：
比如用的是32位还是64位的系统。
是WinXP，Win7，Win8，Win8.1，Win10，Mac OS X 还是Linux。
用的是Steam上买的正版，在3DM下载的原版加升级档和破解补丁，还是直接下载的3DM汉化集成版。
VC的各个运行库是只安装了x64的还是x86和x64都安装了，DirectX 9.0c是否也安装了。
还有运行错误时显示的具体情况。
这款游戏的正版崩溃问题不少于10种，更别说用破解版而不按照操作顺序出的一些问题。
这款游戏之前的破解补丁用SteamLite，需要打开SteamLite_x86.exe，然后运行游戏。运行前需把Steam关闭（如果之前有装Steam），以免冲突。
新的破解用RevEmu，之前的要是用不了就再打一下这个补丁，这样就不需要SteamLite，补丁体积也小了很多。

1. Known Issues - Launch Crashes / No Display
Immediate crashes:
[*]Try going into the Steam\steamapps\common\Tales of Zestiria\_CommonRedist\ directory and running the installers under those directories.
[*]If you have an Nvidia graphics card and are using Nvidia DSR, try disabling DSR to see if it is your issue. It works for some, but might be causing crashes for others.
[*]Make sure the game downloaded properly. Go into your Steam library and right click on the game, then select Properties. Select the Local Files tab and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
[*]Try Windows compatability modes. Go into your Steam library and right click on the game, then select Properties. Select the Local Files tab and click Browse Local files. Right click on the "Tales of Zestiria.exe" and go to Properties. Under the Compatability tab you can try setting it to Windows 7.
[*]Another immediate crash would be the rarer DirectX Error, which is mentioned just a bit further down in the post.
[*]If none of these help, try the solution for the Black Screen / Monitor out of range issue below, as the config file there might help even if your problem is slightly different.
Crash at language selection:
[*]Make sure your audio quality is set to 44.1khz in your system's sound control panel.
[*]You can usually do this by right clicking on the volume icon in your task tray, then clicking Playback Devices.
[*]Select the device with the green checkmark next to it, then click Properties.
[*]Go to the Advanced tab and change it to 16 bit, 44100hz.
Black screen / Flicker / Monitor out of range:
This may be caused by the game trying to use a resolution or refresh rate your monitor does not support.
[*]Try using Alt+TAB to tab out, and then Alt+TAB back into it. This helps some people.
[*]If the above does not help, you may need to create a config file. You can try using the Kaldaien's Tales of Zestiria Tweak Tool or to do it manually, locate or create this directory: C:\Users\_username_\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Games\Tales of Zestiria (replace _username_ with whatever your system username is)
[*]If there is no TOZ.cfg file in that directory, you can download one I've created with safe settings that should start the game in windowed mode so you can at least get into the game and change the settings yourself. Alternatively, you can edit the file with a text editor.

Missing executable / Anti-virus false positives:
[*]Either disable your anti-virus or have it exclude the Zestiria game files.
[*]If files were removed, you may need to do an integrity check on the game files, which you can do under the Steam properties dialog for the game.
[*]NOTE: Consider uploading the game's executable to the developer of your anti-virus as a false-positive so they can update their databases.
Crash on exit:
For some people the game might crash once they decide to close the game after playing for a long time. Considering they were already exiting the game it's not a serious issue, however it might interfere with smooth transitions between other games in Big Picture Mode.
[*]A workaround is to use Alt+F4 to close the game, but make sure not to do it while the game might still be saving.
DirectX Error:
[*]This may be caused by improperly installed video drivers. Uninstall and reinstall all of your video drivers, especially Intel HD and Nvidia if your system has both.
If all else fails, try updating your video drivers:
[*]For Nvidia GPUs:http://nvidia.com/drivers
[*]For AMD GPUs: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
[*]For Intel GPUs: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect?iid=dc_iduu
[*]Note that you might have both Nvidia and Intel GPUs in the same machine. If you aren't sure, just try to update both and it won't bother updating what isn't there in case you don't have both.
[*]If you have no luck, you might also try doing a clean reinstall of your video drivers by uninstalling them first.
2. Known Issues - Gameplay Crashes / Freezes
Crashing randomly or a short while after launching the game:
[*]Make sure the audio device you're using is set to 44.1khz or 48khz audio quality, as higher quality settings are known to cause crashing in the 1.3 update. Previously these higher audio qualities would just cause crackling or distortion, but now there seems to be insability at those rates.
[*]If you have an anti-virus make sure to disable it or have it exclude the Zestiria game files.
[*]Try rebooting your machine.
Crashing or freezing after cinematic or cutscene:
Update your video drivers. If you have a laptop with an Nvidia GPU, update from both the Intel and Nvidia sites.

Crashing when entering crucibles, encountering star enemies, etc. (fixed_string: Out of Range in assign):
[*]This can be caused either if your files are corrupt or if you have used a cheat program to modify the game's memory.
[*]Right click on Tales of Zestiria in your Steam library and click Properties. Select the Local Files tab and then Verify Integrity of the Game Cache. This will check all of your game files to make sure they were correctly downloaded. If your harddrive is failing, even correctly downloaded files can end up being corrupt.
[*]If you used a cheat program at some point, you may be experiencing this crash even if you are no longer running it as the changes the cheat made may be present in all of your subsequent save game data. The only way known to fix it is to return to a save file before you used the cheat.
Crashing when in a dialog with Alisha / Алиша (Possibly a Russian only issue):
[*]Try right clicking on Tales of Zestiria in your Steam library, then select Properties.
[*]Under the language tab, select English as the language.
[*]Now start Tales of Zestiria again and see if you can get through the dialog with Alisha.
[*]After you're done talking with Alisha, you can Quick Save, exit out of the game and switch your language back to continue in your normal language.
[*]Попробуйте правой кнопкой мыши на Tales of Zestiria в вашей библиотеке Steam, а затем выберите пункт Свойства.
[*]На вкладке Язык выберите English в качестве языка.
