I couldn't find any mods to do this and finally figured out a way to get rid of toxicity easily.

Download The Witcher Save Game Editor. http://www.mediafire.com/download/492pmb7t9hk18lx/TWEditorEnhanced.zip

Install java.Extract the Save Game Editor .jar file to your desktop or anywhere else.Right click it and select Run With and select java.Open your latest The Witcher 1 Save game located in Documents/The Witcher/Saves.

In the first tab of The Witcher Save game Editor you'll Toxicity.Simply set it to -999999 or something like that.Go to file Save.

Go in game and load your latest save game.

Now everytime you use a potion it will not add toxicity,it will just keep working its way back to 0 again from -999999,long way to go.
