Wrye Bash问题求助蓝天
我的Wrye Bash打不开也是提示这样的：testing UACAn error has occured with Wrye Bash, and could not be displayed.
The following is the error that occured while trying to display the first error:
'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-2: ordinal not in range(128)

然后在3dm逛，http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-3521778-1-1.html看了这些话后，我感觉我的wb开不了可能就是因为我的win8系统很多地址是中文的，比如说c盘下user文件夹在win8下名称是“用户”，而wb可能不支持汉化的地址，win8下也没有Documents and Settings，我的笔记本也只有一个系统盘。问题是我不懂代码，看您的教程和一堆代码真的有压力，真不知道怎么办？

或许是不能吧，因为我装Wb一直有问题
不是系统问题，我用win8可以用的
路径和win7是一样的吧
