19. There is currently NO OFFICIAL fix for this.If you have any steam*.dll files in your game's root folder, delete them all (make a backup if you wish to) EXCEPT FOR steam_api.dll.
If that still doesn't work, try to delete your m2demo folder (located in either your game folder or %localappdata%\iw4m), then delete caches.xml (located in either your game folder or %localappdata%\iw4m), then open up IW4M.
Still if you are experiencing issues, make a topic and upload the minidump for us to analyze. However, not everyone can properly look into it, so it might take a while for your issue to be resolved.至今为止，并无官方的解决方案。
