英雄无敌6：黑暗之影（Heroes VI: Shades of Darkness）无法打开

下载以后打开GAME，提示 failed to start the game.cannot find essential information in the registry
configuration error:0x0002
configuration error:0x0003
re-installing the game may fix this problem

各位高手们帮帮忙啊，好不容易下载安装好了

同问啊，我开了Might&Magic Heroes6，出了一个画面就卡主不动了。。
game 和 gu提示和楼主一样
