here is the latesr Razor Licence Generator.
read the instructions before apply it (not just click the links) and stop crying if you cant crack the game, its not my fault. Also this may stop work after a while or a major patch.

1)Go to www.battle.net and create a new free b.net account if you dont have.(make sure you use a valid email because Blizzard sends you a mail for verification)首先，到battle.net（这里测试的是欧服，台服貌似不行）注册一个免费帐号。2)Download and install StarCraft II Starter Edition (Europian ENGB).(from Blizzard official site no other crack bullshit versions from torrents)之后从官网下载欧服新手试玩版（Starter Edition）。http://i.imgur.com/DWLnyLQ.png3)Let the game update to the latest patch version.(thre are no more offline patches so just wait! let it update)下载完后，安装并更新到最新版本。

when logged in, you will get the message that you have the starter edition, that normal, now exit the game.用注册的免费账号正常登陆战网一次。会提示你现在玩的是试玩版，OK，现在退出游戏。
4b)Now try again to login into the game BUT without internet connection! offline as starter edition, and then exit.现在，断网，再进一次游戏，用离线模式登录试玩版游戏，然后退出。5)Download the latest cache for Wings Of Liberty from here, and extract the folder "cache" into to your cache location, make sure you have deleted the previous "cache" folder, and replace everything.下载最新的自由之翼缓存（点上面cache for Wings Of Liberty from here进行下载，比较大，有240MB），将CACHE文件夹拷贝到游戏的CACHE路径下（win7通常是C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net），替代所有文件。WARNING DO NOT DELETE YOUR "offline" file located in this directory.警告：不要删除offline该文件夹的文件。

Before running the Keygen make sure your system is in the exact same state as it will be when you try to play offline, and that is no internet access! When the keygen is running Press the ONCE the F2 key untill you see the messages in the gears "skidrow sucks". press ESC to exit.
the keygen requires from you to have a windows account with full Administrator rights, no stupid antivirus running or UAC. dont worry its not a virus! if you dont know how to turn off the uac or your antivirus GOOGLE it!

How To Play HOTS Campaign (temporary solution)
i manage to find out and an other way to play offline Hots campaign, but needs to modify 2-3 files to make it work, and add a new regitry license that may not work with all computers.
so for now download this very early save file of the 1st mission, and extract it in your account save campaign directory:下载虫群之心的存档，拷进自己的战役存档目录。选择战役->load，载入该存档就可以玩了your path should look like this:

F.A.Q / known issues
Keygen runs but nothing saves in the registry
-when running the KeyGenerator if nothing happens and not msg is appearing are you sure you are pressing the F2 button and it not on an other mode like, run music or other crap? some keyboard have the F keys for other functions! make sure your Fkeys when pressed are working like normal F key and not an other pointless shortcut! for that advice your keyboard options or tools.
License get deleted from the registry when game starts
-if you run the keygen with enabled your lan card then you should always try to play with the lan card enabled.(just block the game from internet access) if it was disabled when using the keygen then play with disabled lan card.It important to remember that the key license is created by using different parts of your system like your lan card! if you change cpu, motherboard, or lan card status, the licence will not run!also this is for ENGB version of the game!keygen crashes
-if you are geting a crash, then definetly something from the previous steps is not done right and the keygen cant access your system fully, or in win xp you probably missing .NET framework 3.5 sp1(don't tell me "i have .NET 4", no no no, this needs 3.5 sp1!)no license file
-if the license is not created try to clean your registry (be carefull) and then try the keygen again! you need to clean your registry in the path
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net-IF the license is produced in the registry, but its been deleted automatically for some reason, try to disable your LAN or block with your windows Firewall the game from accessing the internet! (google for that )-Guest may not work to some users but sc2allin1 will work for sure.-also if no licence is been generated for you try deleting those values from your registry (if you dont what registry is just stay away.)I am only posting this to help those without internet to play with the sc2allin1 offline.
