还有谁更新了的，N网上有人提了，不过没找到解决方法

Sorry about late answer, my ISP was crapping... :blush:
So for all the folks that have the Crash when starting the script editor, a simple and dumb solution is to delete completely the CSE to be certain you don't have anything from previous version then reinstall the necessary files in this order (well at least that's what I did).
1 OBSE21
2 DotNet Client
3 C++ redist thingie
4 DirectX
5 CSE
6 Visual styles.

Confirmed: FXaa & ENB crash the CSE when the script editor is launched...

I created a small batch file

Del d3d9*.*
Del enb*.*
Del SMAA.*

And I put all those files in a subfolder so when I want it activated, I just copy them back...
You can simply add those lines on top of Launch CSE.bat
