1.) Fallout 3 installed.
2.) Fallout New Vegas Installed.
3.) Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM).
4.) 10 GB spare hard drive space.
Installation Instructions
This is not a standard mod. These instructions are absolutely vital. Do not ignore them! We took the time to write it, you need to take the time you read it.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fallout Mod Manager
10 gigs of free space during install (4 gigs after install is complete)
Fallout 3 (duh)
1) Create a folder in your My Documents folder called "RFCW_Temp" or similar.
2) Extract the contents of the "RFCW Tools" folder (NOT the folder itself) into the RFCW_Temp folder. The "RFCW Tools" folder is found inside the zip archive which contains this text file.
3) Navigate to your Fallout 3 Data folder. Default for Steam users is "C\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3 goty\Data".
4) Open the file "Fallout - Textures.bsa" with FOMM (you should be able to do this by double-clicking the file). Press the "Extract All" button. When prompted for a folder to extract to, select the "RFCW_Temp" folder you created.
5) Wait for the files to extract. This may take a minute or two. Close FOMM when it is finished.
6) Copy the following files from your Fallout 3 Data folder into the "RFCW_Temp" folder:
Fallout - MenuVoices.bsa
Fallout - Meshes.bsa
Fallout - Sound.bsa
Fallout - Voices.bsa
Fallout3.esm
6a) If you have any add-ons for Fallout 3, copy any of the following files found in Fallout 3 Data folder to the "RFCW_Temp" folder:
Anchorage.esm
Anchorage - Main.bsa
Anchorage - Sounds.bsa
BrokenSteel.esm
BrokenSteel - Main.bsa
BrokenSteel - Sounds.bsa
PointLookout.esm
PointLookout - Main.bsa
PointLookout - Sounds.bsa

ThePitt - Main.bsa
ThePitt - Sounds.bsa
Zeta.esm
Zeta - Main.bsa
Zeta - Sounds.bsa
7) Also in your Fallout 3 Data folder, copy the "Music" folder from Fallout 3 to the "RFCW_Temp" folder.
8) In "RFCW_Temp", run "ExtractAndPatch.bat". This will take several minutes to complete, and will let you know how the process is doing as it goes.
8a) If you get an error regarding ThePitt.esm, the patcher was unable to modify that ESM correctly. This is unfortunate but known to happen. We are working on a fix, but currently there is no known solution. It is possible to run the unmodified ThePitt.esm with the rest of the modified ESM files, but you do so at your own risk.
9) Make sure the files "TES4BSA.exe", "xdelta3.exe", "dupefilelist.txt", "dupefolderlist.txt", "renamelist.txt", and "ExtractAndPatch.bat" have been removed from the RFCW_Temp folder.
10) Extract the contents of the archive's Data folder (as in the zip archive containing this file) into your RFCW_Temp folder. If you are asked to overwrite any files, say YES.
11) Move the folders found inside the "RFCW_Temp" folder ("lodsettings", "meshes", "sound", "Music", and "textures") into your Fallout: New Vegas Data folder. The default location for this is "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data". When you are asked about replacing folders, say YES. If you are asked to overwrite or replace any files, say NO.
12) Move the loose files found inside the "RFCW_Temp" folder (i.e. everything that isn't inside another folder) into your Fallout: New Vegas Data folder. If you are asked to overwrite or replace any files, say YES.
Congratulations, you have successfully installed the v0.5.1 version of A Requiem for the Capital Wasteland!

7)将辐射3 Data下的“Music”文件夹(不是BSA文件哈)复制到"RFCW_Temp"文件夹
8)在"RFCW_Temp"文件夹中运行"ExtractAndPatch.bat" 然后耐心等待
9) 检查“TES4BSA.exe", "xdelta3.exe", "dupefilelist.txt", "dupefolderlist.txt", "renamelist.txt", 以及 "ExtractAndPatch.bat"六个文件是否已经消失(不错 见不到他们就对了 = =)
10)将从N网下载的这些文件中的Data文件夹下的内容复制到"RFCW_Temp"文件夹 如果要替换文件选择”是“
11)将"RFCW_Temp"文件夹下的所有文件夹("lodsettings", "meshes", "sound", "Music", and "textures"共五个文件夹 不含其它文件!)复制到辐射新维加斯data文件夹中
注意!非常重要!合并文件夹时选择 是 而替换文件时 选择 否~!!!!!!!!!(其实就是将fnv不包含的文件移过来,而不用fo3的同名文件替换fnv的同名文件)
12)将"RFCW_Temp"文件夹下的其他文件复制到辐射新维加斯data文件夹中 替换文件时选 是

小弟我装了此mod 还装了重生 永恒 内华达 CW衣服合集 以及 辐射3的天气mod 以及MMMRC 6.2(装了此mod,你就可以装辐射3的mod了~!!) 以及其他小mod。。。。XPSP3系统 全部开最高时大概一小时卡死或跳出一次 (可能和内存有关。。。我还是DDR2 800的 = =)
PS:请问如何调用重生的资源美化华盛顿那边的NPC? 或者如何把辐射3版重生中的美化单独提取出来?小弟我先谢过 (NV版重生只对莫哈维生效。。。华盛顿那边的NPC比起莫哈维的实在太难看了。。。)
