GFW 无法安装问题

不知怎么回事，安装GFW时弹出这段文字Troubleshoot
A required Windows component is disable on your machine
我已经安装了Live配套， 过后检查时发现msn无法登入，好像和live 有关的软件都无法登入服务器，请各位朋友帮忙看看
