小的，复制到 sword of the stars ii\assets\base（先备份）                                       
Small fix                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Since there seem to be such a huge amount of bugs concerning the random encounters, you can try extracting this file in your SOTS2 directory, backing up the one thats there first!
It's a small fix that basically removes the random encounters from the game. Allowing you to play a game without crashing due to the random encounters.

It needs to be extracted to \Steam\steamapps\common\sword of the stars ii\assets\base

用处是禁止一切随机事件发生，因为现在游戏BUG很多，一些随机事件会让游戏崩溃，所以这个就禁用一切随机事件
