BETTER DUNGEONS

UPDATE (28-10-2011):Final version release

Note:The ones I did not change are due to compatibilities and mostly because I avoided messing with quest related caves.



Better dungeons mod changes all vanilla caves in oblivion to be more unique and realistic.

Been testing each one I´ve done so far and it seems to work with WAC and sounds of cyrodil.I´m
trying to not change essential stuff to prevent incompatibilities with other mods.

New features:

- Caves that allow vegetation to grow inside have the plants of the surrounding area in wich the cave is in so now you can also harvest ingredients from vegetation inside the cave.
- Some areas are to tight to pass so you need to choose the option to sqeeze through.
- Ropes to climb.
- Some caves have unique treasures some of wich can be acquired by solving little "puzzles".
- Caves that have torches along the way means there are bandits, necromancers, conjurers or other inoffensive NPCs, by following the torches it will eventually lead to them.
- The only lights in the caves are the ones from daylight so now torches make sense to use.
- There is 6 safehouses to store your loot among other stuff.


Conflicts:Anything that change the caves form.

Compatibility:Mods that add creatures and enemies should work fine, I use WAC, sounds of cyrodil and Phitt´s artifacts and it´s all working fine.Mechatech uses OOO and it seems there is no problems.

NOTE:I will not making patches for compatibilities with other mods, after I finish this mod I will play other games mainly skyrim.Other people can make patches if they wish.

Better dungeons 修改所有原版湮灭的洞穴,以实现独特性/真实性

已一个个洞穴测试,与WAC与sounds of cyrodiil兼容,另外,尽量不修改必要的部分以实现与其他mod的兼容

新功能

- 现在洞穴内可能出现蔬菜等植被
- 部分领域会有点拥挤,你需要选择设置挤进去
- 攀爬用绳索
- 部分洞穴有特别的宝石,有的可以用来解决”puzzles“(我猜是:宝石会发光,避免玩家迷路)
- 沿路将出现火把,表示说周围有盗匪、巫师、战士以及其他不攻击玩家的,沿着火把走会发现发现的位置
- 唯一的光线由缝隙透过,火把称为必要品
- 有6个safehouse可以存储战利品


冲突:任何修改洞穴构造的mod

兼容:添加敌人/生物的mod应该能正常工作,个人使用WAC、sound od cyrodiil、Phitt´s artifacts并且正常工作。Mechatech使用OOO,并且貌似没有问题

注意:我不会制作与其他mod的兼容包,在完成此mod之后我将开始玩别的游戏,尤其是Skyrim,你需要别的玩家来制作其他的兼容包

2011.11.10更新:UPDATE (10-11-2011 OMG SKYRIM):WalkerInShadows cleaned and fixed conflicts with mods.


Details of the cleaned version from WalkerInShadows:

* Edited all the notes/books (spelling, capitalization, etc.).
* Removed all statics outside the dungeons (flora, rocks, furniture, etc.).
* Moved some items around in Fieldhouse Cave to avoid conflict with the UOP.
* Moved a few torches/fires in so they weren't in the way.
* Deleted the interior of the chapel in Newt Cave Chapels of Light (there were unfixable collision issues with the interior mesh).
* Fixed a couple wild edits.
* Corrected nine conflicts with OOO, two with The Ayleid Steps, and one with Kragenir's Death Quest.
* Pyffied all the meshes with PyFFI 2.1.10.
* Cleaned the mod with TES4Edit.

Additional notes:

There's a table in Bloodcrust Cavern that clips with an empty chest from StarX VVR. You can just disable the chest - it's window dressing.

One of the bookcases in Fieldhouse Cave clips with a chest added by OOO. Since the bookcase is vanilla, it was moved by the UOP, and the clipping is very minor, it hasn't been altered to keep compatibility with other mods.

This mod should be compatible with just about everything else. It was tested with ~180 other mods (including many quest mods), and those were the only conflicts found.
2011.12.31更新*Removed more items outside the caves.
*Fixed more wild edits.
*Fixed a couple conflicts with the UOP.
*Barren Cave: Moved/deleted coffins that were clipping or outside the cave, and fixed a minor conflict with StarX VVR.
*Breakneck Cave: Adjusted some rocks in a passage where they were too low to let the player through.
*Newt Cave: Added a script to the chapel door so people don't think it's bugged.
*Outlaw Endre's Cave: Grounded a floating barrel and moved a chest clipping with a rock.
*Robber's Glen Cave: Moved a couple chests to make them more accessible.
*Sandstone Caverns: Moved the spawns in rocks and incorrect music type in the Sandstone Passage.
*Shadows Rest Cavern: Moved a vanilla chest clipping with new rocks.
2012.01.12更新*Reassigned the filepaths so the game doesn´t find two BSA with the same file path
*Removed all the Textures/LandscapeLOD files
*Moved the house in fieldhouse cavern to prevent conflicts with other mods.

* WalkerInShadows发现BSA文档内存在与MMM.bsa相同文件名的文件,所以做了调整
没办法,因为都使用到Mr_Siika的资源,其实MMM.bsa还存在与OOO同文件名的文件
* Arthmoor发现没用的LOD文件,Scot说是不小心打包进去的,所以现在移除这些文件
* 冲突调整,增强兼容性

注:那些我没有改变,是由于避免了磺酸多半是因为我把任务相关的洞穴。



更好的地下洞穴里模式改变了一切香草遗忘更独特的和现实的。

通过测试每一个迄今为止,已经做过´似乎工作、扬声´cyrodil.IA选出英镑
试图不改变基本的东西来防止不相容与其他属性。

新的特征:

洞穴,允许-植被生长在里面的植物在周围地区的过程是在洞里,所以现在你也能收获原料植被在山洞里面了。
一些地区——所以你紧通过需要来选择选择sqeeze通过。
——绳索爬。
洞穴有独特的宝藏——一些过程中的一些可以求解,获得了小“困惑”。
洞穴,——火炬沿途就会有强盗,死灵法师、用法术或其他稳重的npc,按照火把它最终将导致他们。
——唯一的灯光从洞穴的日光,所以现在火把意义来使用。
6份子藏身之地——储存你的战利品在其他的东西。


冲突:任何改变洞穴形态。

速配:插件添加生物和敌人应该工作正常,我用WAC、声音的PhittA´s cyrodil和史前古器物和感情´的正常运行。 Mechatech使用喔,似乎没有问题。

注:我不会让块磺酸盐与其它属性,当我完成这项国防部我会玩其他游戏skyrim为主。 其他的人们可以使斑块如果他们希望。
