GECK win7 64位的巨大问题！

{:3_137:}好不容易有心情重玩FO3了，想自己捏个脸啊！
才悲催的发现，我的WIN7 64位系统，进GECK后，只要一点捏脸的选项卡就无响应了！只能关了！兼容性运行也不行，管理员运行也不行，甚至添加数据保护都不行！！
为什么NV的就没问题呢？{:3_108:}

官网上找到了答案，要把压缩包放到FalloutNVLauncher.exe同一个文件加下，因为Libvorbisfile.dll 就在那个文件夹下面。

MISSING .DLL: If you get a message like this
This application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
then it is in the wrong folder. Libvorbisfile.dll is located in the FO3/FONV directory.
