Welcome to the City of Leyawiin, Daughter of the Niben!

Leyawiin is an ancient city, built in the Province of Cyrodiil and serving as her upstream harbor. Spanning the two shores of the Lower Niben, Leyawiin is a trading and commerce hub between the two provinces of Elswyyr and Cyrodiil to the West and North, and Argonia to the East.


Concerned about the future of the dirty Imperial City, many government offices and corporate HQs moved to Leyawiin in the 50s, boosting its population to about 30'000 households.


The genuine "Federal Village" has come to struggle with its traffic, and in the 1980, it's about time YOU did something. Will you be up to the challenge?


In this version, the city grows over time! Be careful of your line placement, and don't miss out on opportunities as they come! (Changes happen usually once every 2 years, but there could be minor adjustments anytime)

How to Install and Play!

Unzip the contents to your Documents\Cities in Motion\maps folder.
Start a new sandbox game, set desired difficulty, pick your logo and starting year and off we go.

No mods required.

This is the upgrade to my old city of Inishmore. However both are separate.

The map is ©Amy Wigmore, 2011. You may add it, modify it as long as proper credit is given.
