Just to clear a few things up it was Earache's decicion to remove BOE (or not allow the Nexus to host it), but he allowed CaliberX to remain as a resource. A decicion I can understand afterall once he was banned it would have left him unable to update the file or respond to comments. He never stole any meshes and his mod was eventually cleared of that though the offending itemes have been removed from Nexus downloads just to be on the safe side. It was also his decision that I be allowed to re-upload the complete Book of Earache as a required resource for the AWOP BOE Patch.
The 270ish MB file (AWOPBOE Patch 5.0) contains the complete Book Of Earache along with EARCHE42's update for CaliberX. I have also been allowed to host a number of other patches including Mo.Guns and Mo.Uniques.
BOE was recently updated to 2.1 and the updates are also included on the site.
There are no rules against this and this sort of thing is quite common in the Nexus.
