在这款游戏中，由于邀请到之前曾经开发「魔兽争（Warcraft）]「暗黑破坏神（Diablo）」等人气大作的名制作人Chris Millar开发制作，因此玩家乍看之下可能会觉得游戏风格颇为眼熟。游戏中玩家将不再是扮演人类君主攻城掠地，而是将化身为凶暴恐怖的人气妖怪魔物「哥布尔（Goblin）」率领其它兽人或吃人鬼等互相攻略征战。另外在游戏中除了实时战略的要素成分之外，届时也将会加入其它丰富的动作要素，让玩家体验到更加丰富有趣的战略乐趣。
