有同感，mod確實會越下越多，不管是三代還是doa都一樣，不過這遊戲玩mod也是一種樂趣。

There are 2 ways to get it:

1.Go to the Goodsprings Schoolhouse and it's in a first aid box on one of the counters. (See Image)

2.I tried to really get it ingame and in order to do so I added it to a LeveledList.
-> You can but it at random Vendors(clothing merchants?) as soon as you get lvl 10!
PLS NOTE: As I added it via script, it shoul not conflict with other mods BUT this is also my first time I tried this so maybe it doesn't work correctly!

SO，在出生点的学校那进门第一个箱子里面。貌似。。
