UPDATE: it seems that i've placed the meshes and the textures not right.
so for those who are havin problems with it download the update and place the meshes and the textures in the right folders.this should fix your problem.
for those who are just downloading it for the first time,download the update and place it as a normal mod. meshes and textures in the right folder and the esp in the data folder.rest of the info in the description.

this necklace will only work if your companion is able to sneak. so followers/companion's that can't sneak won't go in stealth.
