我也碰到一样的问题， 这句话的意思就是让你尝试重新安装来解决这个问题。
很可能是修改过什么文件了， 我把台版的语音换成了英文的， 估计是这个原因， 所以只能重新装下了~~~还好硬盘大， 安装程序没删。。。嘿嘿~~
