育碧的看家大作《波斯王子》已经陪伴我们走过16年了，从1990年的DOS上的游戏到掌机在到现在的次世代机种，几乎每款游戏都让我们如痴如醉。育碧的跨平台战略也让他们打开了《波斯王子》全球玩家心中的知名度，不得不说如今的游戏已经不单纯的是游戏了，而是一种文化。要收集《波斯王子》走过的所有原声音乐对我来说是很有难度的，只能收集到次世代机种发行的原声音乐贡献给大家。主要包括《时之沙》、《武者之心》和《王者无双》，现在又加上了2008年的Prince Of Persia。

育碧结束POP三部曲后，在2008年推出的最新力作，全卡通渲染，带给玩家新的感官冲激。作曲由以色列著名配乐师Inon Zur操刀，延续了以往的特色。本专辑由国外发布组Team COC发布，感谢他们。

随游戏DVD附赠的Bonus Disc上的音频内容。包括两位配乐师Inon Zur和Stuart Chatwood关于POP2008的作品，共6首，其中最后一首好似源文件的问题，未收录完整，找了几个版本都是如此。
时之沙 日版完整OST (The Sands of Time Japan)
这是Columbia公司为日版时之沙于2005年发行的一张remastered版本的原声大碟，由于日版发行比较晚的原因，相比以前的普通版本，这个版本可称上是完整版了，共收录36首时之沙配乐，比以前足足多出了20首。有喜欢的朋友可以下载这个“完整版”来试试。

《波斯王子：王者无双》的声效和配乐的主要方向是什么？
我们的目标是为《时之砂》三部曲的终结重重地敲上一击——这将是一个伟大的史诗般的终结。我们对音乐的选择也能体现出这一点——我们将创作出同时符合好莱坞和东方人的审美的音乐。为此，我们专门请到了两位天才作曲家：Stuart Chatwood和Inon Zur。Stuart Chatwood已经制作过《时之砂》和《武者之心》的声效和配乐，而Inon Zur也曾为《武者之心》的过场动画做过音乐。
玩家将在《王者无双》中深深沉浸在史诗般的故事情节之中。为此，Inon Zur与好莱坞的交响乐队录制了一批游戏过场动画的音乐。
蒙特利尔工作室是如何与两位作曲家合作的呢？
《王者无双》的音效制作人Simon Pressey说：“Stuart的音乐属于较为轻柔的曲调，Inon负责管弦乐，风格则较为激进。我们与两位作曲家的合作很奇妙，我们无私地交流着在音乐方面的感受，我们只为了能将游戏音乐这部分做得更好。我希望每一位玩家都能像我一样喜欢这些音乐！”
谈谈游戏的背景声效吧。
我们想让玩家真切感觉到巴比林正在进行战争，惨烈的战争。因此我们对游戏的背景声效十分在意。你将听到入侵者的声音，飞弹的轰鸣，无辜的市民被侵略军轰赶到街上的声音等等。这能让玩家完全沉浸在巴比伦城中，贯穿游戏始终。
波斯王子和黑暗王子各自出现时的音乐是不是不同的？
没错。我们针对两位王子制作了不同的音乐，黑暗王子的音乐更加疯狂一些。
首先，两位王子的配音演员就不同。我们请Yuri Lowenthal为王子配音，Rick Miller为黑暗王子配音。Yuri Lowenthal是《时之砂》中王子的配音演员。我们已经知道，波斯王子和黑暗王子在游戏中会有很多对话，这些叙述性的情节能够让我们表达出故事情节，同时表达出两位王子之间到底是什么关系。玩家通过两位王子之间的对话就能了解到很多内幕。
第二，背景音乐根据你正在使用的人物的不同、正在使用的格斗系统的不同，都会有不同的表现。比如，你正在使用王子，那么音乐就显得缓和一些，使用黑暗王子的时候，音乐则狂暴一些，使用秒杀和使用自由形式格斗系统都有不同的表现。游戏的音乐已经与AI系统绑定，更加贴近玩家的实际操作。
