新增一名可以維修到100耐久的npc

Skandless can repair your gear to 100%. His shop is located just outside underworld, his inventory has 1000 of each ammo type, and will refresh after 3 days. Also Included is 100 Stimpacks. His shop is custom so I cleaned up the Museum a bit. I hope you enjoy this mod, has I enjoyed creating it, and playing with it. ~Ibnsane

Extract .rar to your Fallout 3 Data Directory.
