十便士大楼高清材质Bonds Tenpenny Exterior

This cleans up the exterior of Tenpenny Tower. It looks better and slightly improves frame rates. It is purely cosmetic and should not impact the playability of the game.

The exterior has been sandblasted and tuck-pointed. The backside has been repaired and the bracing taken down.

I'm still working on the interior as well as a Grande Apartment, both of which will also be posted separately when completed.
